The interior design of the A6 e-tron is tailored for the user, featuring a three-dimensional layout that emphasizes both design and ergonomics. The MMI panoramic display uses curved OLED technology, combining an 11.9-inch virtual cockpit, a 14.5-inch MMI touch display, and a 10.9-inch front passenger display to create a seamless digital experience.
According to Gernot Döllner, Chairman of the Board of Management at AUDI AG, the A6 e-tron is the brand’s first fully electric model offered as both a Sportback and Avant. Its aerodynamically optimized design contributes to its impressive range of over 700 kilometers and outstanding driving dynamics.
### Elegant and Progressive Exterior Design
The A6 e-tron’s exterior design emphasizes dynamism, progressiveness, and elegance. The front features a wide grille with slim daytime running lights, creating a low, broad stance on the road. Audi’s signature quattro blisters emphasize the vehicle’s sculptural shape and all-wheel-drive system, while a black sill insert highlights the battery area, giving the vehicle a streamlined appearance.
At the rear, the A6 e-tron Sportback sports a continuous light strip and a sporty diffuser, with wheels ranging from 19 to 21 inches depending on the trim level. The Avant version features a flat roofline with distinctive aluminum trim extending from the A-pillar to the roof spoiler.

Audi offers a selection of up to eight exterior colors, including Magnetic gray, Glacier white, and Mythos black, with exclusive shades like Daytona gray and Siam beige reserved for the S line and S model variants.
Best-in-Class Aerodynamics
Audi has a long history of producing vehicles with superior aerodynamics, and the A6 e-tron is no exception. With its record-breaking drag coefficient, it joins the ranks of aerodynamic legends like the Audi 100 (C3) and Audi 80 (B3), setting new standards for efficiency and design in the mid-size segment.### Active Privacy Mode and Augmented Reality Head-Up Display (AR HuD)
Audi introduces Active Privacy Mode, a feature that allows front-seat passengers to enjoy entertainment, such as movies and streaming, without distracting the driver. Depending on speed and seat occupancy, the display adjusts to either limit visibility (privacy mode) or make the content visible to all occupants.
Audi's augmented reality head-up display (AR HuD) takes display technology to the next level. The AR HuD projects a large, tilted image onto the windshield, delivering key information like speed, traffic signs, and navigation to the driver in real-time, creating a seamless digital driving experience.
### Interior Design and Digital Wrap
The interior of the Audi A6 e-tron offers a welcoming atmosphere, with the "soft wrap" extending across the entire width of the dashboard, creating a cohesive and spacious feel. Materials are selected for both functionality and aesthetics, with soft surfaces in comfort areas and high-gloss black accents in control areas, providing clarity in interaction.
Low-profile air vents blend into the background, while displays for the virtual exterior mirrors are positioned in the door panels for easy visibility. A "digital wrap" extends from mirror to mirror across the dashboard, complemented by the dynamic interaction light at the base of the windshield. Essential controls, including mirror adjustment, lighting, and locking, are integrated into a central control panel in the driver's door.
The optional four-zone automatic climate control and air quality package, featuring an aroma diffuser and ionizer, further enhance the refined atmosphere inside the cabin.
### Smart Panoramic Glass Roof
An innovative panoramic glass roof enhances the A6 e-tron’s interior. Unlike traditional sunroofs, this smart glass uses PDLC technology (polymer-dispersed liquid crystal) to switch between transparent and opaque at the touch of a button. When no voltage is applied, the roof becomes opaque, blocking sunlight, while applying voltage aligns the crystals, making the roof transparent. The roof can be adjusted via a button, with four preset options available.
### Infotainment and Connectivity
The A6 e-tron runs on Android Automotive OS, supporting over-the-air updates to ensure the latest Audi connect services and an enhanced e-tron route planner are always available.
